Pick the sheets, tell the tool if row 1 is a header, and optionally choose a key column to match rows.

Review the colored differences and download the change report as CSV.
Match rows by position or by a key column such as an ID, so inserted or re-sorted rows are still compared correctly. Columns are matched by header name, and you can export the full list of differences as CSV. Your files never leave your browser.

Open both files above. Changed cells are shown in amber with the old value, added rows in green and removed rows in red. You can filter to show only the differences.
With a key column (for example an ID or SKU), rows are matched by that value instead of by row number, so inserted, deleted or re-sorted rows are compared correctly.
It reads .xlsx and CSV/TSV files. Save old .xls files as .xlsx first. For formula cells it compares the calculated values stored in the file.
