Terms of Service

Project-based work (websites, applications, SaaS products) is scoped and agreed in writing before work begins, including timeline, deliverables, and price.

Hosting and maintenance services are provided on a subscription basis and can be changed or canceled according to the terms of your specific plan.

Project work is typically billed in milestones; hosting and maintenance plans are billed monthly or annually in advance.

Late payments may result in paused work or, for hosting, temporary service suspension after reasonable notice.

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the custom code and design created for you transfers to you, excluding any third-party tools, libraries, or 108 Universe-owned internal frameworks used to build it.

We work carefully to deliver reliable software and infrastructure, but we cannot guarantee an application or server will be free of all downtime or defects. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly.
